If you are looking for an international site about advertising, I can recommend Creativity Online which is one of my favorites right now. Although it is a bit gossipy about who's who at the ad agencies, I'm a fan of the weekly Creativity Top 5 which is only available for free for a week then it is available on Itunes as a podcast.
