Smelly ads

Just read about a marketing campaign for a laundry detergent in Sweden that is using consumers sense of smell in their ads. In sidewalk billboards in the city, you press a button and smell fresh laundry. The payoff is “Dirt is good”. The billboards also have fresh grass and a line of laundry to give you the whole “fresh” experience. This takes marketing to a new sensory level!
