One the most interesting videos currently on YouTube are a series of videos called Talks@Google. There are different subjects such as Candidates@Google, Authors@Google and my favorite is http://youtube.com/watch?v=D9F14OlKOrk. A talk by brand expert Dean Crutchfield explores the issues of shifting brand paradigms and questioning who decides good taste. Worth taking a look.
